About Nick

Nick Kindler

Headshot of Nick Kindler, wearing glasses and a blazer.

Nick Kindler is in the business of making good ideas heard. Over the past decade he has coached CEOs, founders, and senior leaders preparing for the moments that shape their organizations — board presentations, all-hands, keynote stages, and the conversations that define culture and direction.

He is the author of Impact (2021), where he introduced the Impact Model for turning complex ideas into presentations people actually understand. His forthcoming book, The Narrative Effect (2026), introduces the Narrative Effect Framework, a method for finding the story already shaping an organization and choosing to lead from a better one.

He is the founder of Impact Talks Toronto, former Head of Programming at SingularityU Canada, and former coach and Head of Programming at TEDxToronto.

As founder and CEO of Kindler & Company, Nick leads a firm that coaches, educates, and consults with enterprise organizations on the leadership communication that drives their most important work.
